Lee Enterprises papers in Montana are told what to print, and where to put it.

We are saying that Lee Enterprises sucks because it dupes the people.  Perhaps Lee Enterprises is not aware of the world frenzy of News of the World and Rupert Murdoch.  They also committed crimes to get news stories.  Lee Enterprises takes money from the mouthpiece of the most corrupt justice system in the continental US: The State of Montana [ranks last for justice per USDOJ].

By taking money to protect Montana officials, and to print on command for local governments, this is a racket, and a crime, RICO.  Lee Papers willingly destroy those who expose their deeds:

Print media is desperate for money, and in Lee Enterprises case, will take money to print on demand.  Why for example would a request for volunteers be headline news?  It isn't.

Its Perry Backus's way of being whats known as "a useful idiot" for the local corruption.  When they all work together, all parties are protected (they think).  Harvard Law Review v.35 calls it criminal conspiracy, even when no crime is committed.  When a group of people overcome other smaller groups, or individuals that is a perfect example of the Montana way; with Lee Enterprises Monopoly in  the Montana Print Media.

Going with the current "flow" is the way to keep your job at Lee Enterprises, even when you practice defamation on command for the State of Montana.  Ask Perry Backus, it is not due to his "award winning" writing in a closed shop, it is Perry Backus's commitment to corruption and loyalty to the rag named Ravalli Republic.

It can get to your head, having the name of the paper also being the name of the rogue Republic that does not abide by laws, rules, or constitutional rights.  All it took to rid the newbies at the Ravalli Republic was to point out their defamation, or plain errors....poof the not-so-useful idiots were gone.

Former Ravalli Republic Editor, (actually two removed now) was caught plagiarizing editorials from other newspapers, so the standards for Perry Backus are not really high as it is at Lee Enterprises.

Worldwide, the print media business is in big trouble, but Lee Enterprises made their cake and should be forced to eat all of the consequences of someone like Perry Backus and Lee in Montana.

In Montana, the "Newspaper Association" is run by Lee Enterprises because Lee Enterprises have a monopoly in the state.  Every year Lee Enterprises give awards to their employees so they think a real achievement occurred.

Lets just call it the Pavlov Trophy for Perry Backus, he went along like the trained dog that he is; too stupid to know that his "award winning" work was violating the public's rights....native born Montanan I tell ya..

If Perry Backus is the Best writer in Montana, why hasn't he told the public of the $27M defamation, civil rights lawsuit against Lee Enterprises and others?  Writers block I guess.

Why hasn't Perry Backus told the Montana Public that he has broken the law by serially defaming a member of the public to the extent that he could be thrown in jail?

Perry Backus must be a great writer.  I read an article about a conviction (his "specialty") and it was laiden with one line, followed by a space line for the entire article.  Wow that is great writing.

Perry Backus was so stupid, or perhaps so obedient as to write a story about trespassing on public property.  Apparently, Perry Backus won all kinds of awards in the Ravalli Republic for this type of work.  Don't tell Perry Backus that the Ravalli Republic is not the United States.  It is a place where people get awards for taking established rights, for naming them and defaming them, and getting rewarded in the Ravalli Republic.  Sounds like a psychology experiment really gone wrong.

Do you think Perry Backus knows that what he does would have been considered TREASON in the 19th Century?  How does someone like Perry Backus slip into such a hole violating the public's rights?
